We have to protect our investors and so every project goes through a strict process prior to listing to ensue our investors are protected.
We have access to many excellent builders who have worked on projects of all sizes, domestic and commercial, throughout the uk. We can introduce you to two or three building companies that we have a working history with. They will all have a proven track record delivering projects on time and on a pre agreed price, thus removing considerable risk from the equation for us as lenders.
We are committed to removing as much risk as possible when we take on a project to ensure we get the best project outcome and protect our investors, this is why we try and add value to every part of the process, and a builder that delivers on time and on budget is a big one.
